I was originally happy to have this be a basic, and not have an effect, but then based on a comment by dionysus42 on discord I made a rules card that lets you portal between boards if something like the Shahrazad tile put multiple in play. So naturally there's two variants; one with an effect star and one without, two rules cards with different strengths to the passive effect, and also a third rules card variant that's just an edited quote from the show.
Rules card effect:
On play: You may move a tile between boards if more than one is in play. Teleport effects can move balls between boards.
or alternatively:
Effects can move balls and tiles between boards.
